Before you order, get the ordering "FAQ's"!

1.  I would like to place an order - should I call in to the store or place it on-line?

Our site is an e-commerce site which means you can place your order directly on-line.  We process orders all day so we will get to your order quickly.  If there are any discrepencies, we will call or e-mail you to work things out.  If you still feel like calling your order in, please note that an additional processing fee of $5.95 will be added to your invoice.

2.  When will my selection ship?

Every order placed before 1pm EST, will ship out the same day.  Orders received after 1pm will be shipped the following business day.  We ship our gifts Monday through Friday via UPS. 

3.  Can I add latex balloons to this gift?

Unfortunately, we do not offer latex balloons to be shipped.  Latex Balloons are extremely fragile and will not stand up to the shaking, dropping and other factors that packages can go through.

4.  What if I want to send a different type of arrangement?

If you would like to send a balloon arrangement featuring more foils or latex balloons, please visit www.nyballoonandbasket.com for more selections and ways to send balloons nationally and internationally.

5.  What if my recipient gets the gift and there is something wrong?

If the person who is receiving the gift is in any way disappointed, please contact our office at 718-946-2681.  We will be more than happy to work with you to resolve the matter.  We may ask for a picture of the item received and if the outer packaging has been damaged in transit, we may ask that you hold it until UPS can retrieve the box and its contents.

6.  I would like to send alot of these cheery "Ballooninabox" - are there discounts or special considerations?

Please call our office so that we may handle the multiple delivery locations you may have and extend quantity discounts to you!
