SHIPPING INFORMATION

Dispatching: Orders are shipped within 24 hours. If a delay is anticipated, you will be contacted immediately.

Shipping options: You may select from several UPS options, ranging from surface to overnight service. If you request overnight service, your order will shipped within 24 hours, but may not necessarily arrive the day after your order is placed. We recommend calling to place your order if the arrival date is critical. Shipping is calculated on height, weight and length of final packaging and final delivery destination.

Shipping Policies: All items will be shipped between 24-48 hours of receipt of an order.  Any item not "in stock" on a particular order will result in that order being placed "on hold".  You will be notified by e-mail with any information regarding possible time delays related to the backorder and possible shipping dates.

RETURNS
Non-seasonal products may be returned within 30 days of ordering for a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please call for a return code before returning products.

Seasonal products may not be returned.
